Most of this neon was created by Doug throughout his 30 years of ownership of Uptown Neon before Chloe took the business over in 2023. Most of it is likely 10 or 20 years old! Some of the neon was harvested from shut down businesses over the years in Richmond, VA. One of the largest collections of ready made neon in the United States.
