1. Submit an Intake Form
Once an intake form has been submitted, we will contact you with a rough estimate. Commissioned work starts at $1,750. Intake forms are reviewed once a week.
2. Rough Estimate
If you would like to proceed after the rough estimate, there is a $200 non refundable down payment required to finalize the design. This will be put towards your final invoice.
3. Design Iteration
We'll be in touch primarily through email to iterate through designs.
4. Secure Your Spot for Production
Once you approve the design a 50% deposit of the invoice is required to secure your spot in the production queue with an estimated completion date.
5. In Person Sign Off
We'll schedule an in person meeting at the shop to see the pattern (life size line drawing of project), confirm colors.
6. Schedule Pick Up / Install
When your project gets near the front of the queue I will notify you through email and coordinate pickup or an installation date.
