After purchase, you'll receive a one-time-use coupon code. Your recipient can enter it at checkout when booking their class on our website. Since the code can only be used once, please share it only with the person the gift is for. Anyone who has the code can redeem it. Classes take place at 2629 W Cary St, Richmond, VA. Terms and Conditions
This gift card is valid for one neon bending class for the number of people you selected. Book within one year of purchase and your class is covered in full, even if our prices go up.
After one year, your gift card is still good for its full purchase value toward any class until it expires five years from the date of purchase. If class prices have increased by then, you'll just pay the difference.
The code is for one-time use only and can't be split across multiple bookings. It's non-refundable, has no cash value, and can't be resold.
Please keep your code private and share it only with the person it's meant for. We can't replace codes that have been lost, stolen, or used by someone else.
Classes are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early. Once booked, all neon classes are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time. If we don't hear from you within that 24-hour window, the class will be considered used, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Participants must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian beside them for the entire class. Designs are chosen from Chloe's current selection, which changes from time to time. Custom designs aren't included.
If we stop offering classes before your gift card expires, you can use its full purchase value toward any premade neon piece in our shop. It can't be used for custom commissions or repairs.
